What is Membership Based Primary Care?
At Macrae Medical, our membership-based primary care model is designed with you in mind.
Our nurse practitioners partner directly with patients to provide personalized, comprehensive primary care for a simple monthly or annual fee.
By stepping away from the complexities of traditional insurance systems, we eliminate the barriers that often stand between you and the care you need.
This allows us to focus on what matters most: your health and well-being.
In this model, your nurse practitioner works for you, putting the patient-provider relationship at the center of your care. Appointments are never rushed, with standard visits lasting 30 minutes to an hour or more. Your subscription fee covers all services provided by the nurse practitioner, including annual exams, lab reviews, and sick visits.
For non-urgent matters, you can reach out to your provider directly via email or the patient portal, ensuring seamless communication without the hassle of co-pays or hidden fees.

This model allows us to spend more time caring for you instead of managing tedious insurance-related tasks.
